What we do not do: credentialing. We screen. Your facility's credentialing process still runs exactly as it does today — we just make sure nothing in your packet is missing when it starts.

Most staffing platforms say "fully vetted" and stop there. Here is precisely what runs, when it runs, and what it does not replace.
Handled by Stripe Identity. Required of radiologists and facility accounts before either can use the marketplace.
The National Provider Identifier is confirmed active against the federal registry, with the name attached to it.
Checked against the OIG exclusion list. An exclusion is disqualifying, full stop — not a flag for someone to weigh.
Verified against the state board, then re-checked daily. On expiry the badge is withdrawn automatically — a renewal is a claim until a human confirms it.
Board status, CV, licence document and malpractice certificate collected into one packet the facility can open.
None of this is credentialing, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's the screen that happens before credentialing — so the packet reaching your medical staff office is complete on day one instead of day four.

What does it cost?
Radiologists pay nothing, ever. Facilities pay the radiologist's rate plus a flat 15% platform fee, shown before the offer is sent. Agencies typically add 30–40% to the same placement.
Are the radiologists credentialed?
No — and any platform telling you otherwise is stretching the word. We verify identity with a government ID and face scan, confirm the NPI against the federal registry, screen the OIG exclusion lists, verify the state licence and monitor its expiry daily, and collect board certification, CV and malpractice certificate. That is a screen, not credentialing. Your medical staff office still runs its process — it just starts with a complete packet instead of chasing one.
Who carries the malpractice coverage?
The radiologist, unless your facility agrees in writing to provide it. We collect the certificate of insurance as part of the credential packet so you can see the carrier and limits before making an offer.
How quickly can a shift be filled?
Matching radiologists are notified the moment a shift is posted, and can apply immediately if already verified. Realistically the limiting factor is never the platform — it's your credentialing and the radiologist's licensure in your state.
Is there a contract, a minimum, or an exclusivity clause?
None. No monthly minimum, no subscription, no conversion fee if you later hire someone permanently through us, and nothing to cancel if you use it once and stop.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet — RadiMatch is on iPhone today, and Android is on the roadmap. If you're on Android and need coverage in the meantime, email us and we'll set your facility up directly.

RadiMatch was founded by Dr. Firas Ershaid, MD, a diagnostic radiologist based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He built it after watching the same thing happen too many times: a facility and a radiologist agree on a rate, and an agency keeps a third of it for making the introduction. RadiMatch is the introduction without the agency — and the verification is designed by someone who has sat on both sides of the credentialing packet.
